Omen of Corruption not working on Skills (Forge Hammer)

I've encountered bug when omen of corruption didn't work on skill.

Corruption outcomes for gems:
1) No change. 2) ± level 3) ± socket. 4) ± quality Omen only removes "no change" outcome. You get "+socket". |

" I know that. So i had full sockets and got imaginary socket? Sorry but I don't understand. If you can get +socket but you are NOT getting any socket in final outcome I think that's a bug. If not explain it to me please. |

What exactly don't you understand? You get the "+socket" outcome, but you already have the maximum number of sockets, so nothing has changed.

If that's how it works that's a bullshit. In the end I've got "no change", it shouldn't be possible to get "+socket" at max sockets. For me that's a bug or stupid design. I'm not into imaginary things.
