I can't unallocate the Scarred Path Keystone on Oracle. (Fixed)

I have checked and everything in its radius is connected to my tree. I also have enough gold for the refund. This has kind of bricked my character until I can get it figured out.

I got it fixed. It seems like a visual bug because unallocating everything except the main tree seems to have fixed it. I think there was a connection point that must have been on one of my weapon sets but with no visual indication of it.
