Lineage Support Bug - Einhar's Beastrite

I've been using Einhar's Beastrite for some time as a support gem on my Cull The Weak skill for Amazon using spears. I've always looked at it as the "poor man's Headhunter". I got a Headhunter finally this week and have been having a blast. I'm still using Cull The Weak on rare mobs occassionally to steal 2 mods for 5mins with Einhar's Beastrite.

The bug that I've noticed is my stacks of Einhar's Beastrite stolen mods falling off before the 5min timer is up. They just disappear sometimes. I've realized what is happening is the Headhunter is stripping the same mods off a new rare kill and replacing the 5min buff with a 60sec version.

Because the 5min buff is a longer buff and additionally because the cost to have it is using up a support gem socket I believe that this is a bug and unintended conflict between the two mod steals and not an intended mechanic. Otherwise it defeats the purpose of the support gem and makes it useless when it's taking up a support slot in a skill.

The intended mechanic should be that you just don't get to steal those 1 or 2 mods with the Headhunter steal because there's a stronger version already up. So the Headhunter should just lose out in that situation...not take over.
