Stuck in boss arena-help needed

Hello! Was running maps on PO2 and went in to the boss arena. Saw that the boss was idle and it didnt activate. Ive tried to exit game, tried to invite people to see if that activates it, no luck. So im stuck in the arena, cant tp out, cant reload to save point. Tried typing /unstuck in chat. Nothing works. What do i do?

i think the map instance resets after 20 minutes if you are logged out. i am also stuck on a boss and have to wait 15min to see if it fixes it.
