Burning inscription bug

If you cast another spell before your burning inscription activates, the ignite ground doesn't activate.

This does not seem to be consistent across the 2nd spell that is cast. Spells like mana tempest do not affect it.

Spells like sparc, arc, orb of storms, frost bomb, eye of winter all stop the ignite from activating if you cast the spell immediately before the activation.
