Issue with "+ Level to All Spell Skills."

Hello, using the new sorceress ascendancy, trying to make a spell totem build. I have a staff and focus, both adding plus 2 to all Spell skills. But it won't add to it. I even increased my stats thinking the higher level would need more intelligence. Sparks is staying at level 9 no matter what I do, same for the totems. I've tried taking them off and reloading, then equipping them again. Tried taking off the ascendancy point that allows both a staff and focus, nothing I do seems to work.

It seems to have fixed itself. 👍
