Jutalotlis Medaillon not working on end rooms

Suddenly my Medaillon (Juatalotlis) stops destabilizing and doesn’t work in the last rooms of my snakes. Usually I lock everything before entering the temple, but I could not lock the last rooms—only a few rooms before—which led to losing 8–15 rooms.

Even after running the temple, I could not lock the rooms; only 1 or 2 rooms behind.

There is no logical explanation for me, and the path is completely logically intact.

Anyone else with these issues?

Please help, or I will lose days of progress...
