Citadel Not Appearing on My Atlas

Hours into endgame and I’m still hard-stuck on the Citadel part — it honestly feels bugged on my Atlas. I’ve been playing for hours and cleared a ton of maps, from T1 up to T15, and I still get no Citadel: no marker/beam, no obvious node, nothing even after pushing far out and fully revealing areas. I’ve already tried the usual fixes (checked quest step, map UI/filters, fully explored, made fresh instances, relog/restart, approached from different directions), and it’s still 100% the same. If this is “just RNG,” it’s way past unlucky at this point — is anyone else seeing this in the current patch, and can a GGG mod/dev sanity-check whether my Atlas/quest state is bugged or if there’s a known Citadel spawn/marker issue?

Je signale que j'ai commencé au lancement de cette saison et que je me suis tapé des centaines de maps... et oui, je suis allé activer la quête^^

Pas grave ça va me permettre de finir mon perso poe1 lvl 99 à 81% d'xp et ce même si la saison sapin de noël était bien pourri.

Une bonne chose aussi pour mon compte en banque, finito l'achat de skin qui apparemment est le seul vrai endgame de ce jeu.

Et co juste après miracle, un faisceau orange vient d'apparaitre donc coïncidence ou pas, loué soit chez pas qui ou chez pas quoi.
