4th Ascendency / Passive Tree not loading

Hello,

I completed the 4th Trial of Sek. to get my last 2 points. When I went to click on the altar, my game froze and then crashed. I restarted and I was at the Trial of Sek. Waypoint.

I am really sad I didnt get to access any of the rewards for the final boss but worst is now I cant load my passive tree. Its just a black screen.

I have tried switching zones, logging on and off, restarting my computer, and i verified my game files. Not sure what else to do now.
