Teleporting to party members

Hi guys,
I have been experiencing real hard times since the new season with teleporting to friends or random player locations.When I'm invited to a party and I'm trying to teleport to the owner's location or any other location using the waypoint portal , the game gets stuck on the loading screen.
Other party members can confirm they see my character on their side but my side remains stuck.
gaming by myself is working without any issues or problems.
If I'm inviting people to me they can teleport to me but if they pass to another location before me the game gets stuck once i'm trying to teleport after them.

I already did everything the internet has to suggest:
1. My pc is up to date software & hardware.
2. uninstalled the game and all folders and reinstalled.
3. deleted shaders.
4. checked sound and graphics.
5. changed in game servers.
6. turned off game mode or any overlay app.

etc etc etc.......

Nothing I read and did helps me.

PLEASE help me understand this issue and resolve it asap.
