Voltaxic Burst bugged behavior with Triggerbots

Voltaxic Burst stays on the ground instead of attaching to the Player or the Triggerbot, same when triggered over an Arcanist Brand.

The only skill that works similar, Blade Vortex, does work as expected and still attaches to the player.
