Trial of Sekhemas

Unable to complete Trial of Sekhemas 4th floor. I've killed Zerohk, the Temporal twice & the game disconnect right after the boss dies which never allows me to click ascendency altar, been stuck trying to get past 4th floor for a few days now. The first time I was able to pick a few drops before getting kicked off the game but the following attempt the moment the death animation begins my game freezes & I get disconnected.
Is this happening to anyone else?
