Sanguine Tides stops working after dead

Hi GGG,
I’m using the passive Ascendancy skill Sanguine Tides, but I’ve noticed that every time I die in a map, my life flasks do not gain charges as they’re supposed to. I have to port back to my hideout and then return to the map for the skill point to start working again as intended.

Here is the bug code I grabbed. I generated it after visiting the hideout, so it’s probably useless, but here it is anyway: Bug Report ID: #1585062181

It’s really frustrating that on top of dying in the game (yeah, yeah, git gud, I know), I also have to travel back to my hideout just to benefit from this skill. Please fix this.
