Oracle's Align Fate is unable to cast curses

Hello, I have a simple report for a bug concerning the Oracle class ascendancy skill Align Fate. To cut to the point, Align Fate can't cast curses and adding curse gems to the skill slot doesn't change the interval of the visage. For context, curses are non-buff, non-channeling skills that can be used by the player and therefore satisfy the conditions to be used by the visage.

I'm guessing that this is related to recent patches because it used to be able to cast curses but at some point it suddenly stopped working (cant recall exactly when). Perhaps the "non-buff" part of the condition started to apply to all spells that don't do damage?

Another more niche guess is that at some point when I socketed the curses onto a meta gem (cast on minion death) it caused the gems to bug out, but I don't think this is likely as I only socked one gem but all curses are bugged.

Hope this guess addressed soon, as I don't think this is an intended feature.
