Passive Tree Bug on PS5 reverts back to previous layout - Bricked my character

My character is virtually bricked now.

My passive tree looks like a bugged out mess. Disconnected nodes that are on that shouldn’t be, weapon set passives switch from set 1 to set 2. Some passive nodes that were once allocated no longer allocated.

I’ve wasted almost 100k gold, resetting my passive tree COUNTLESS times. Over and over and over again. All for my passive tree to just revert back to a previous layout. And here’s the thing, the previous layout isn’t even correct. It’s broken mess of switched around weapon set points.

My character is actually unplayable now. Can’t use any of my skills because I can’t reallocate points (everything just resets), I can’t wear half my gear now.

I don’t understand how this can even happen. Is there some janky work around?

I don't know if it's the same thing, but when we try to reallocate with the hooded one, we can't actually allocate the points, otherwise it resets to previous layout. So I just refund with him, leave the npc and allocate as usual. That way my points stuck in the final layout.
