Getting "sacrifice a room to upgrade your sacrificial chamber" option despite room being T3 already.

Is this supposed to work like this?..
Either way you should change the description, cause it's not possible to upgrade my sacrificial chamber anymore. So it should say just "sacrifice a room" or something. Can you still sacrifice a room even if your Sacrificial Chamber is level 3? I know it won’t level up anymore, but can you still use it to kill a room or it won’t let you?
