Corrupted Nodes not spawning - level 93

I haven't been able to max out my Atlas because corrupted nodes stop spawning. I have done so many towers and traveled so far and I can't find any. I still have the quest to do a level 12 corrupted Nexus. Anyone else having the same problem?
