Convalescence "Not usable on both weapon sets"

EDIT: I found a solution finally.











I'm a lvl 72 Plant druid. I'm trying to run Cast on Crit and Convalescence simultaneously. I have 140 spirit. CoC is 100 spirit and Conv is 30. I should have enough regardless of weapon set as neither provides any spirit. I have 187 int with staff, 154 int with the talisman. As far as i can tell, i only need 103 Int to run the actual spirit gems as both require 103 Int.

I've included pictures of my stats with both weapon sets so you can verify the Spirit/Int amounts as well as clicking the arrow on "convalescence" to show that GGG removed the boxes that show weapon sets 1 and 2 for the spirit skill. Can anyone tell me what the hell I am missing or why I can't cast convalescence? I was able to use it 15 or so levels ago with worse gear and I just can't figure out why it isn't functioning....
