Ascendancy skills and weapon sets: A broken mess.

As you are surely aware, ascendancy skills were unable to be assigned to weapon set 1/2 - this has since been partially fixed.

The new ascendancy, Disciple of Varashta, cannot assign her ascendancy skills to weapon sets at all.

The Chronomancer ascendancy can assign her skills to weapon sets, but some of them (I noticed this with Temporal Rift) ignore the setting and cast with the current weapon set regardless.

Can you please get this sorted? It's a real bother.
