bug leech interaction

instant leech not working on excess life recovery applied to energy shield.

im using 3 uniqs and a node to get my leech on to my energy shield.

The Covenant Alter Robe (spell leech),
Soul Tether Long Belt (excess Life Recovery from Leech is applied to Energy shield),
Atziri´s Acuity Moulded Mitts (Leech from Critical Hits is instant),
and my amulet has (Allocates Fast Metabolism).

im playing Oracel with garentied crits and the interaction works fine when the Leech applies to my normal life pool but when it comes to the excess recovery for energy shield it stops applying instant and instead regenerate slow
