Game crashes when open the Passive Skill Tree

I have a Standard league character (Level 41).
The game crashes immediately when I open the passive skill tree only on this character.
New characters work fine.

This character is old and likely affected by outdated passive tree data.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
