Killed Xesht no loot - BugReport: 2167061137

In the final corridor I was faster then the breach zone and missed the reward drop after the breach clear. I rushed towards the Boss, killed it, and nothing dropped from the boss. I run back where the loot drop zone is after you clear the breach and loot started to drop there. But only stuff you normally get after clearing the zone initialy. I went back to boss. His scripted line when he is dying played but still there is no loot.
