Permanently Unable to Access Atziri - Royal Chamber removed as Atziri bugged in Phase 2

Did my first Atziri Run in Hardcore. During the run, you have to go to the Royal Chamber to see the interaction with Doryani and Alva where they open the chamber.

The chamber opened and I went in to kill Atziri. In her last phase she was down to 10% and she stood there doing nothing. (This is also a known bugged interaction)


With no other option, I had to log to character selection to get to hideout.


Once I reset - the rooms destroyed the Royal Chamber from my temple maps.
It says in order me to enter her fight I have to access the Royal Chamber.
I've since then tried connecting to her area again and killing the Architect to see if another room would drop as a medallion, no such thing.

Please advise.
