Hong Kong Servers Are Lagging and Crashing Like Crazy

Starting today (a Monday morning/afternoon CST, so nothing to do with congestion), the Hong Kong server has been super unstable. Every instance is spiking, and for the first time this league, campaign instances have been crashing left and right.

There's also been an issue for the last week where every Asia server is getting pushed to a Singapore instance in towns.
