Azmeri Spirits mechanics doesn't appear , and incorrect number of spirits

The map says there are 3 Azmeri spirits (but there are 4, with the Atlas boss's passive "Draw to the Light"), however, even after completing and revealing the entire map, no Azmeri spirits were found, and the icon indicating the presence of Azmeri spirits is active but incomplete. I've already explored the map several times and haven't found any Azmeri spirits. Besides the mechanic not working, when it doesn't generate any, it shows the wrong quantity. If I can place 6 on the map through passives and tablets, there should be 6 on the map, which doesn't happen, even when it doesn't find any. Please fix this.
