Simulacrum Splinters - Not dropping

Twice now, I have done the following:

1. Ran a map with Deli Tablet.
2. Activated the Mirror.
3. Completed the map. (Killed boss while in Deli fog)
4. Hit the Stop-Deli button.
5. Waited 3-5 minutes.
6. The fog still present.
7. Fog never disappears.

Both times the fog stayed and the Splinters never dropped.
AND the last time, I saw no Liquid emotions drop. (Although I run a very strict filter, so may not be an issue.

Very frustrating.

The community does not seem to have this problem, but it is plaguing me. Happened in another map.

Same situation as above.

I did notice the following waystone modifier:

DELIRUM FOG IN AREA DISSAPAITES 104% SLOWER.

Maybe you have some logic that is failing because of the 104% slower dissapaites? I dunno. But this just subtracts one game mechanic that I like. grr. No rewards just feels bad.

Are you also using the clear skys tablet by chance?

No Clear Sky tablet.

Just 1x precursor and 2x Deli tablets. The usual set up for when I feel like getting my deli on. :)
