Missing Skill Points from Expedition

As stated above I am missing the Expedition Quest Points. The Quest "The Grand Quest" Speak to Dannig is still in progress but when speaking do Dannig nothing happens. I got the other 3 sets of points from killing the boss. But i never got the first book of skill points
