Weapon Swap Not Working

So. Once upon a time my weapon disappeared. I freaked out a bit and logged out and back in. After a couple of times the weapon appeared again. However ever since I do not have weapon swap available. I can click the I and II tabs and it does nothing. I logged in to another account and the weapon swap worked fine there. Is this something that a re-install should fix or is it going to take something else? I'd really love to be able to use this feature.

I did this and it shows I have X selected. I also worked through some debugging with ChatGPT (it isn't great). It had me check some things with my UI etc. From what I understand, I should be able to click the I and II under the (I) inventory screen. This does function under another character on another account but, it does not function on this account (the only one I play on). It functions flawlessly on all of my other characters on this account, just not my main guy. Is there anything specific I should be looking for in the key bindings other than X to switch weapons? It does function and tells me I do not have alternate weapons equipped. The issue is I am unable to tab over to be able to equip weapons at all. Works for everyone but my highest level character.

Soooo. To anyone reading this who may have a similar issue. When I started playing I bought a skin that when standing still turns you into a pillar of stone. Well.. TO my amazement the issue I was having is you can't swap weapons while you're a pillar of stone. Solved...
