Huge Temple destruction even without fighting Atziri

In my Temple I accidentally went into the Royal Access Chamber that enables the possibility of fighting Atziri. But I didn't fight her, I finished all other rooms besides the Atziri Vault and Chamber. On closing the Temple a huge amount of my rooms got deleted as if I fought Atziri.

Please don't do that, have the check for Temple destruction actually be the opening of Atziri's chamber, not the Access Chamber.
