Ruins of Vaal Permanently Locked After Death

Hey folks,

I was in the Apex of Filth in Act 3 when I came across an entrance to the Ruins of Vaal that are usually in every level in the druids league. I killed the mobs around the entrance, and the 6th crystal lit up red and the mechanism did its usual turning motion to open up the entrance to the Temple of Vaal.

For whatever reason, I decided to clear the rest of the map first. It was about 95% done, and I figured I might as well kill the Queen of Filth while I was at it, to see if I got any new drops to put through the upgrade tables. However, that did not go according to plan, I died on the boss fight, got it on the second try.

I came back to the entrance which was previously opened and marked with an orange marker on the map, to find that the entrance had seemingly closed. All the crystals seemed dull, and I could no longer enter. I figured that's a bummer, but a lesson learned that you cannot walk away from or die while the Ruins of Vaal entrance is open, or you lose your 6 crystal counter.

I moved on to the next area, but now I find that this entrance to the Ruins of Vaal mechanism is totally dead as well! The crystals don't light up, there are no bloody enemies nearby to feed it with, nothing happens at all. Definitely appears to be a bug. I'm hoping after the 15 minute instance reset expires it will go away, but this was pretty frustrating.

Update: I have continued playing, and all Vaal Ruins entrances on maps are totally dead. The bloody enemies which feed the entrance mechanism spawn, but all 6 crystals are stuck lit up and the entrance never opens again. RIP I guess the league is closed for me...
I figured out a work around -- From a waypoint, there is a sidebar on the right hand side that is either new or I never noticed it before. Anyway, the last option here "travel to Vaal Temple" at least lets me get inside the temple. Not sure if the crystal entrances on the outside world maps will get fixed after I do this run, I will update after if it is fixed from this or not
Got it, I just have to go back in via the Waypoint if the mechanism on the level gets stuck. Not sure if it's a bug really or if I just didn't understand how it works. Anyway, probably if the temple is active/incomplete then the mechanism should stay open. Otherwise, this is resolved
Temple auto-closes itself if you die during boss fight or after activating boss access mechanic in temple (i.e. Royal Ritual chamber and died without entering boss arena). Temple boss fights logic is really buggy for now, so probably better to keep bosses and ritual chamber for last moment of the run.

Interactions with outside map: temple generally bugged, when iteracting with outside location: if you die in temple entered from Endgame map - you lose map and all content in it (even if successfully completed temple after this), seems, death to outside location boss counts as boss encounter for temple as well and locks the temple - i.e. doing content for temple or outside map mutually causes content access loss. Workaround (for endgame at least): fight Architect as many times as you can before you can get 60 crystals limit and 6 medalions limit, do maps and activate crystals but access Temple only from Waypoint new shortcut AFTER you completed the map or location. For campaign - if you go temple from location, then do temple to the end, or else you risk to lose temple run.

P.S. Hope, they will fix this and remove 1-death mechanic on boss in temple, it causes way too many bugs.
