Reverse chill and CI still applies a negative chill

Since swapping to CI character I now get a regular -50% chill despite using Sierran Inheritance and shackles of the wretched with elemental ailments reflected. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_JWXp3wIoc Apologies its so short I had forgotten you can't pause this kind of boss fight. After some testing this appears to be related to CI and not MOM, I'm assuming there is an issue with my ailment threshold being nonexistant now.

Confirming the issue and the assumed cause, increasing ailment threshold circumvented it for me.

WTF my reverse chill literally stopped working today i dont get it. Logged in and cant get the chill on my weaver anymore

same thing, the reverse chill effect does not work on armor

Also stopped working for me with CI allocated, unallocating makes it work again

Seems to be based on elemental ailments threshold. Stacking 100% to get my ailment threshold to 2 while using ci has fixed the issue. Weird interaction at 1
