Game respawned me outside of a map zone

Map: Steaming Springs

Issue: Respawned outside of the zone of a map

I died to a minion, clicked on a respawn to checkpoint and the game spawned outside of the map zone.

Note1: I was spamming dodge roll, not sure if it could affect the game somehow (dodged before the zone loaded maybe?)

Note2: I killed the boss of Steaming Springs, and it seems spawned me at its checkpoint
