Weapon switching with Djinn of Virashta skill fails to work (Navira's Fracturing in my testing)

I can not use Navira's fracturing if I assign it to a weapon slot. The skill goes on cooldown, and can not be actuated.

The skill can only be used as expected by not having fracturing assigned to a specific weapon-slot, and then manually weapon switching before executing the skill. This may be a problem with other Djinn skills, I do not know.


***EDIT: A fix/workaround --- The above bug only occurs if you use the skills menu (where you view your damage) to navigate and find the Navira's skill. IT SEEMS that you can avoid this issue, by instead right clicking on the skill itself (the bottom right UI icons of your skills) and it will take you to a skill tab called "COMMAND: {0}" --- this tab/area is where you can assign a weapon set that works as expected.

*As of 0.4.0c -- If you do not see the "COMMAND: {0}" tab, then you have opened the wrong skills menu.
