Shattering Palm + Pounce Bugged

I found that after using pounce with the buff of shattering palm, the buff no longer works. To clarify by 'not working,' is that it doesn't give the wind wave effect when using another quarterstaff skill.

I would use shattering palm for buff, then killing palm. It worked normally. When I would use shattering palm on low level minions to activate buff, pounce (to apply mark), then killing palm would no longer show the wind wave. Even using shattering palm multiple times after the pounce wouldn't send out the wind waves too.

The buff fails to work after a pounce skill used, but will work if you find a way to exit a map like a portal. The buff works until you first pounce, and the buff stays bugged even when it is gone and I later refreshed it on another pack later. It still wouldn't give the wind wave effect.

I was using it while leveling Smith of kitava, and I thought that was weird. So took off certain the armor ascendancies to see if the thorns or armor was bugging it. It still did same thing. I tried other ascendancies with same result.

I switched to an oracle and had same result. It was higher level and I used whirling assault. It ran into same bug, but whirling assault seemed to be effected by bugged randomly. But, when the bug activated on a pounce, it stayed activated (for the short duration I tried it).

I also switched out the mark of pounce with mark of ice. I wondered if the type of mark mattered, but got same result.

I also tried taking out the skill gems of pounce, and even tried using gems that modified the pounce or the mark (like mark of siphoning). I still got same result.
