Storm Lance - Splinter of Lorrata - Detonation attacks don't poison

Tested using a Splinter of Lorrata and Storm Lance with Chaos Attunement support.
Use Storm Lance - the Lodged Spear attacks will apply poison to the target.
Hit the Storm Lance with a Detonator SKill - the Detonation attacks will NOT apply poison to the target, but they should.
