unremovable decoration inside Hourglass Hideout!

Hey ppl! I got the Hourglass Hideout yesterday and am trying to move my stuff around and I got these two Maraketh wisps in the map device part that I cant move, reclaim or do anything with them. I wonder if anyone else that owns the hideout has the same issue or someone experiencing the same with other hideouts.
