Stuttering movement after network crash

as the title says, earlier this morning I was playing when my internet went down. prior to this I have had no problems what so ever even at the highest level graphics settings, it's been smooth for all 60+ hours ive put in this last week.

Since this D/C no matter what I do, delete shaders (every single one game & graphics card), checked drivers, server change, restart game, restart computer, restart internet, change every setting possible, soon as I login all character movements are super stuttery. regardless of level of activity or surrounding enviroment/Area.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: Geforce RTX 5080
M/B: B650 Tomahawk Wifi (MS-7D75)
Ram: G.Skill F5-6000J3038F16G DDR5 x4
SSD Samsung 990 Pro Heatsink 2 TB
monitor: XG27UQR

Settings: is ive tried them all since this issue started and none have made any significant impact on the stuttering movement of either my character or others on my screen

Again before this everything was as smooth as can be for 60 hours of active gameplay. Please help I was really enjoying the game up to this point.

have also completely uninstalled and deleted every game file and re-dowloaded, now as well (1/7)

Nothing after this part of your message matters if you starting experiencing this issue after your internet went out.

Also, are you wired Ethernet or WiFi connected to your router?

This seems extremely simple to test. Follow the instructions below.

WinMTR

This is what GGG recommends:
Ensure to do this when the lag, high ping, packet loss, or connection issues are happening.

After running this test per the instructions please link the URL of the pastebin back here

The instructions are the same for PoE2, just locate the file in the appropriate installation folder.

I know its blasphemy to most out there, but I have been using Wi-Fi getting 100-60-100 mb/s down and 25-30 mb/s up. Unfortunately, I would have to string a cord across the middle of room and risk ripping out of the computer, so long-term viability of the hardline is out of question.

For testing purposes, I have tried the hardline to router (also after re-installing game), and the character stuttering is pretty much gone now (only shows in big pulls, which is to be expected). However, im having a hard time accepting that after playing for hours on end smoothly on the same WiFi for an entire week straight with no issues whatsoever, only to have this pop up and stick only in this game to be odd. The network is stable at 60-100 down 25-30 up and ping never more than 20.

After switching back to Wifi issue is gone as well as I doubt the WiFi did anything all by itself to fix this, so im going with: The Fix was a complete uninstall folder and cache wipe.

PS -beware: the provider did a local update, which was what kicked me off and started all this BS. Assholes think no one is on at 4 am didn't bother sending a notification.
