Blood Moon Lunar Blessing MTX gem effect bug.

This MTX doesn't work as intended. Some effect is missing. It is clearly not the same as the in-game shop preview. I tried showing off this effect to my friends, and they're all seeing it the same way I do. I'm sure this is not the issue from my end.
