Non-stacking incursion currency - POE2

Currency specific to incursion/temple cannot be stacked higher than 10, like other currency can (in the bottom 10 slots of the currency Stash Tab).

Eg: core destabilizer only can stack 10/10, expect to be able to do 5000/10 like other currency's but cannot.
