Game Crashes when changing any graphic settings

This game crashes only occurred this patch and I change HDR to SDR sometimes, but now it just crashes and crashes. I'll only get lucky if I change the setting while the game is still "caching" shader.

I'm up to date with my driver and it also crashed even before I updated it and with the old driver before the patch it was smooth sailing.
