Time of Need is bugged

Hi,

i am using Time of Need only in Weapon Set1 .
If this is intended from your Side that we can switch around Spirit Gems within Weapon Sets (what is really cool btw) then Time of need seems bugged completley.

Sometimes when switching between both Weapon Sets it doesnt start at all when you stay on Set 1 .

Most of the times the first blessing starts after an even longer period of time than normally (i measured 16,2 Seconds) , even with Compressed Duration attached to it.
Not a Single Time the first blessing comes in the normal time it should come after switching back to Set1.

After "pressing out" the first blessing (if it does at all) than it comes back to the normal 6.95 Seconds.

Please look into this !
