BUG: Omen wrong droprate

I am playing in Standard League. With Patch 0.4 there came the Abyss mechanic.

In my last 150 hours of endgame gameplay i got...

50 x Omen of the Liege (Amanamu modifier)
0 x Omen of the Sovereign (Ulaman modifier)
0 x Omen of the Blackblooded (Kurgal modifier)

Another Bug: I can stack them to more then 10 pieces, which shouldnt be
