Hunter's Talisman

This may not technically qualify as a bug, but I do think GGG should fix it.

Hunter's Talisman does not actually give you +1 Charm Slot. What it does is it this: if your belt has below the maximum number of charm slots, you get one of the locked slots unlocked.

At the very least, the description of the skill should be changed so players know what to expect. Honestly though, we should just get an extra charm slot like the description suggests.
