temples in maps failing to spawn monsters

Id love to build my temple and progress. But its pretty funny when you plug a map trying to farm energized crystals just to get 0 from a map because the incursion bugs out from spawning monsters.

Had this happen in multiple maps, so many I cant name every tileset ive had a problem with this but most recent is Steppe. If I blast 10 maps, 4-6 of them will have bugged incursions where you get 0 crystals.

It's currently happening to me. Last 10 maps got only 5 spawns.
