Bugged medallions

I am currently engaging with the Fate of Vaal league mechanic in Path of Exile 2, and I have encountered a reproducible issue that appears to be a bug.

I have searched the official forums thoroughly and was unable to find any existing reports related to this problem. This issue has a significant impact on my progression, as it prevents me from continuing content that requires a substantial time investment.

The Fate of Vaal mechanic is incorrectly indicating that my medallion inventory is full, despite the fact that I currently have zero medallions. I was able to interact with this mechanic without any issues yesterday; however, upon logging in today, the problem began to occur.

As a result of this issue, I am unable to collect any new medallions, which effectively blocks further interaction with the mechanic. This can invalidate or break rooms that I have spent several hours setting up, as I am unable to obtain the required medallion that prevents this failure state.

To support this report, I will provide a recorded video demonstrating the issue, along with a screenshot showing my current medallion count. I am available to provide any additional information, logs, or evidence if required.
