Atziri Crashed as soon as I unlocked it

Literally spent an entire week trying to unlock atziri chamber and as soon as I finally unlock it the game crashes and every thing I put into the chamber is gone even the halls I put in like why? Why do this to me man when I have never had this issue before. You had all week when I was workin on the vault to crash the game so why does it happen as soon as I unlock atziri chamber. Man I’m fuming because I don’t got all the time in the world to play this and the reason I even started playing it before beta ended was to do these Vaal ruins and learn it before hand. Like is there going to be a roll back? Am I going to get all my progress back? Am I going to get my maps back and everything i constantly lose? Am I going to be compensated? Like man idk if I’ll even get a response to this.
