Deadlock Detected

I have checked my graphics is up to date. Changed graphic settings. I have deleted selected files from suggestions and even waited for the game to catch up but remains frozen and this error once I select okay freezes my entire PC meaning I can not play your game in its current state. If you have any other suggestions please respond and I will try them but I have zero ability to play poe 2

I was able to get around the issue for now with making the game Fullscreen not borderless and doing directx11... Please work to optimize for amd and borderless thank you.
