Sinking Spire Not Generating Stairs

Occurs when the Vaal temple spawns close to a corner. Has happened twice, thus killing the map and tablets used.

Tablets used - X2 Breach, one standard precursor.

Same has happened to me, Sinking Spire tower. No exit after clearing mobs and vaal temple area spawned in a corner.
