Drop FPS

Hardware:
Ryzen 5 3500x
GPU RTX 5060
Ram 16 gb 2667 mhz
The game generally runs at an average of 70-80 fps. At any time, this can literally happen right after logging into the game, even after an hour and a half, there will be lags where my fps is +-24, no higher, no lower, and the sounds are lagging and spreading to my entire system. It may or may not work, and I've tried many ways, but I haven't found a solution.
