Alva just walked off screen and now my quests are broken

I just finished act 3 and was trying to skip the 40 or so voice lines Alva says to you and I accidentally skipped past some quest item or quest reward window that popped up. Immediately after it popped up on screen 'talk to Alva' but I couldn't. She just slowly walked away, I followed her for about 30 seconds. She walked out of bounds and now she doesn't exist anymore. I can't even spawn her in mmy hideout.
